I know the title sounds stupid but hear me out, during covid a lot of people didn’t have much to do as everyone was inside. Some chose to learn to draw causing them to create that content, existing artists had a lot more time on their hands if they worked as it all went remote except for some jobs and a lot of people kinda just stopped caring as Covid and its potential lethality was constantly looming and started making what they liked usually already established sfw artists starting to pump out NSFW content
Am I being stupid, or do I kinda have a point?
Talking about feral dragons here.
For example: walking in the grocery store, (assuming it has doors big enough for them to enter by) haven't worked out how they're going to hold a basket yet, but let's say they pick up some parsley, or a head of lettuce, and it's wilty, or has those slimy decaying parts, and they put it back with the same hand they were just touching the floor with.
I know it's pretty normal to do that with humans and most people wash (hopefully) their produce before eating it anyway but our hands also aren't touching the filthy floor all the time.
Would this be acceptable or shameful behavior?
Not defending it or nothing, just curiosity into what the appeal is for feral NSFW.
I’ll be honest,
I see so many well drawn/well animated furry memes all over Reddit, but the punchlines are always „haha sex!!!“ or „haha im lonely!“ or something.
95% of furry memes I see make no sense at all or are just horny.
Am I the only one here?
There seems to be no actual thought behind most of them?
I'm into:

and
darkwave.
Do you folks have any artist, album or song recommendations from the "furry music" space that fit in any of these genres?
In July of 2024, the group of gay furries posted data it claimed to have hacked from the Heritage Foundation, the group spearheading the Project 2025 agenda.

The FBI has raided the leader of the since-disbanded group of gay furry hackers who released data on the Heritage Foundation's Project 2025, the Daily Dot and Computing report.
A former member of the group SiegedSec, mewmrrpmeow, broke the news of the raid in a post to X.
"I regret to inform you that vio's location was raided earlier today," user mewmrrpmeow warned in the post. "She is no longer accessible, contactable, or reliable."
[...]
While the hack of Project 2025 gained the most attention for SiegedSec, the hack of the Idaho National Laboratory could be the focus of the FBI raid with the most serious of potential charges. If the Department of Homeland Security determined the hack was an act of terrorism or espionage, vio could be facing up to life in prison.
As the title says, I'm looking for some potential mods to help run this community.
If you are interested, then please drop a comment to this post explaining why you believe that you would be a good fit for mod.
Odd question I’ll doubt many to relate to, but do you?
My dad is an artist and he draws a lot of cartoony anthros, (in fact I plan to do an art trade with him where we draw each other’s characters) I wouldn’t really say he’s a furry as he doesn’t really engage with furry art at all he just draws them.
Honestly I don’t even think he has a full grasp of what furries are and has only heard of them from me.
I dunno I kinda just wanna know if anyone else has parents who are interested in anthros.
Whether they draw them, look at them, or whatever really. I’m glad my dad is sorta into it even though he isn’t really aware/interested in the furry fandom at all.
Move aside CSI "Fur and Loathing" - here's the masterpiece that will haunt the fandom for the next 20 years, and cause unending amounts of discrimination, ridicule and hardship to furries world wide, and supplying right wing politicians with all the quotes they need to attack and oppress us and everyone who we're political proxies for in the public debate.
The Furry Detectives: Unmasking A Monster, a four-part documentary, unpacks the 2018 Furry Zoosadist Leaks, exposing a horrifying conspiracy of animal abuse lurking beneath the Furry Fandom's playful exterior. Navigating the line between amateur sleuthing and official police investigation, the pack fights for the victims and defends their community from the evil within.

Dogpatch press is promoting the hell out of it right now, and is somehow acting like this makes them some sort of hero, not understanding that "uncovering crime and helping the victims" is not the same as "Turn the entire thing into an international entertainment format."
Nothing spells "legit documentary" like "guy cosplaying a 1980s PA wearing fursuit paws". (Unfortunately can't post images here, but see for yourself.)
