Bad move for us, but good one for them probably. There aren't enough people on linux for it to even show in their revenue. However, this will lead to reduced smurfing, since people won't be able to buy botted accounts for $1 anymore. With more people playing on their mains, I assume that'll be an incentive to spend more on skins (since nobody buys skins on their smurfs).

Hard to say, but it's probably a wine/prefix issue. Maybe you can try the latest wine-lol-8.12, but please create a new wine-prefix when you change versions like that, it can easily mess up your prefix and create errors like the ones you're getting. Worth noting that the wrong ELF class errors are not inherently bad, I'm getting them occasionally and can still play the game.
