My Chinese friends told me the meme isn't banned. A Chinese local store had the meme sticker put on the front although I'm not sure if it was their doing, although last I saw they didn't take it down so I assume so.
I'm not good with racism because I genuinely don't understand it as someone who is largely face and color blind memory-wise (I seldom ever remember colors), I just think the way Internet people act about China is blatantly hateful and disrespectful and the Pooh meme is just one symptom.
It was very corporate and the parade was separated from people by fences. It felt like a joke. I was physically and emotionally disjointed. It was comodified and meant absolutely nothing to me as someone who got kicked out by a homophobic landlord not long prior to it. My rights weren't helped. The western queer rights continue diminishing while corporate profit off of it and they will and already do turn their back on their rainbow merch because it no longer makes as much profit. I'm sadly single and never managed to actually date someone as opposed to just going out on dates. My background is already very niche, my interests are also niche, being queer and intersex I have an extremely tiny plausible dating pool which I'm yet to discover.
I'm an antitheist in theory but I don't do anything about religions if they don't push self into politics because the reality is grim and I understand why people seek escapism.
It really is! I had a job offer to work for their customer service ages ago. I wonder if I picked it up if I'd know why they operate like this. I mean, sure, you will keep some money you'd lose if you don't allow a player to refund a game they cannot play but said player is also likely to cease buying games (look: me). Sadly their customer service is outsourced and it shows because they never relay anything to Steam directly. But it was Steam's choice to outsource.
You can just wait for the 2nd one and have the itch scratched even harder with the new content. :3
Admittedly, I gave up on replaying when I deleted my character with whom I completed everything. I love the game but I played through it and replayed it in a way by helping random people and just couldn't go everything again. :c
I don't think I will even try because Steam is refusing refunds if you try to run the game in spite of the recommended settings and refund if it fails. It's just so dumb to me.
Capitalism is stealing wealth from those who work extremely hard to create a comfortable class which will gaslight those below them so those who were born lucky and inherited or were born in the upper comfortable class and got lucky can hoard wealth like they're dragons. The people who work the hardest make the least money and shoulder the responsibility of having the world continue running while the confortable class keeps making up reasons for the state of the world because it doesn't hurt them so they don't want to fix it.
Fair enough. I'm not sure what countries you've lived in but conservatives seem to dominate pretty much everywhere. I just seek the lesser evil and not to struggle with potential homelessness creeping in. The latter mostly. It really doesn't matter if the country preaches non conservative values for profit while minorities struggle with basic human necessities.
