  • Back extensions are probably the best ones as those directly train lower back muscles with full range of motion, but any deadlift variation, good morning and rows without chest support do train lower back in isometric holds as well. You're not wrong, squats are mainly for legs, but as those require bracing it trains core muscles as well and lower back falls under core muscles too, though it's questionable how effectively it trains lower back muscles in comparison to direct work.

  • Consistency

  • Not with motivation, that thing is rather fleeting and unstable. Though not only forcing it with discipline, that's a rather limited resource as well.

Basically using as little discipline as possible to slowly form a habit.

So now you're going at least once a week, good work. Keep it going until it becomes a habit, few weeks to months. Once that has become a habit, add in another day and repeat the habit forming process.

It took me nearly a year to go from once a week to 5 times a week and by now during winter i can add in cardio sessions as well and up the frequency easily to 7 days a week.

  • Sorry to hear about that. When did you find that one out?

I don't have anything that severe, just a messed up hormonal system possibly due to rotating shift work as that was the only thing i couldn't fix after going through all the common and later doctors recommendations to boost testosterone levels. Eventually it was to either quit my job and hope that that was it or just start replacement therapy, though similarly the dosages in the beginning were too high causing mood swings and sensitive nipples at which point i did bloodwork and pretty much halved the dosage which solved mood swings, no sensitive nipples anymore and bloodwork showed estrogen levels to be within normal range.

  • Exactly, just like pee is stored in the balls.

  • Yeah that's one of the ways to limit it.

Though have to be careful with it not to tank estrogen levels completely, turns out men actually do need it as well. Too low estrogen can cause joint pain, fatigue, low libido and hindered muscle growth.

Better to cut down to low bodyfat to limit aromatization as much as possible and then slowly raise testosterone levels to a point where estrogen gets highest tolerable and then add in non-aromatizing steroids, like masteron, which does have a slight benefit of acting like a mild anti estrogenic as well. Then eat and lift like your life depended on it.

  • Different app maybe? I'm using jerboa.

  • Looking back at the length of my text and that seems kinda ironic.

  • Different communication style and preferences are kinda one of the core characteristics of autism, of course there's degrees of variation to it, but going to extreme end of reclusiveness does fall under it.Though usually it's made worse by communication difficulties, social anxiety, difficulties in reading body language or facial expressions and just hyper focusing on their own special interest.

  • Idk, never really had that strong of a drive for socialization of friend making. Got the recluse variation of asd.

Whatever daily chitchat happens at regular places, like work, gym, home, is more than enough to overfill any interaction need coupled with whatever discussions/arguments happen here and that's it, whatever low need there is s completely satisfied.

I'm fairly sure my vocal cords have even atrophied over the years. Just few weeks ago for a short while i had to teach a new person at work and i lost my voice and throat was sore for few days afterwards.

Though i assume there's some deeper family trait in it as well. From fathers side of my family, great grandfather spoke handful of words per week. Grandfather just mumbled or grunted. Father was the chattiest one, few sentences per day, same with uncle, same with my brother.

Don't know about mothers side family.

  • So you mean almost all of us here?

  • Yeah, exactly the same way to add a picture.

It just seems to be slightly buggy, need to try multiple times with pictures/gifs that have been on the device for longer time. No issues with pictures that i just downloaded.

  • Wait what?

Goes through the comment section to understand what we're even talking about

    I gues never

  • Yeah same, skip a little bit more than a few days, but I really don't care when people notice. It does absolutely nothing.

  • Whirlpool colours 15, top loaded. It did have a decent sale and it's the same one that repair shop gives as a replacement machine. So i assume it's either durable or at least easy to repair. And the next time the new machine breakes, i already have a backup so there will not be an emergency.

  • hell yeah!

  • New washing machine arrived. At least solves one problem.

Now to send the old one to repair shop, again.

Tired as well, bad sleep for the nearly whole week, really busy day at work, even training was worse than usual.

But at least new season in Path of exile starts tomorrow. Should boost the mood a little.

  • This will ignite a boom and inflation, already an issue, will go through the roof in a way that we've never seen in our lifetimes

Could we please stop with the once in a lifetime events already?

  • New here

  • Basically just browse all and join the ones that you like when those pop up on the feed and block the ones you don't like at all.

  • The best and easiest to do. Shaving few times a year, when mandatory is the best approach.

  • Feel-good post, in my shot posting sub/instance/place?

Please keep it to wholesome communities. Might accidentally make someone feel good.
