  • Yes You should start working out just for the overall health benefits. Training is part of the maintenance peocess our body needs. Everything else is just an added bonus.

  • Yes it's is. A rather enjoyable one at that.

Sry have to go, rest timer ended

  • That's kinda neat workaround. Knowing how to sew will always come in handy as well.

  • That it's made up. I don't think it's actually an emotion that can be viscerally experienced.

Of course i can google and see plenty of evidence that I'm wrong, but that's not what you asked for.

In my opinion, love is more of a willpower and discipline thing. If i made a choice to work together, listen, help, share my life with another person. Then it's up to me to uphold that decision as well. Technically it could work with anyone whos willing to make and uphold that decision as well.

  • Of course it's good to push yourself from tome to time, usually thats just done in a slightly smaller increments. But it's good to hear that you're talking it well.

No worries about the strength training part, first thing is to solidify training habit. Once thats done, it's much easier to slightly tweak it and slowly add or switch few walking days to resistance training days.

  • Yeah that's a rather good approach and 3 full body days are a lot easier to fit into daily schedule and will be more than enough to grow.

I just take the L and skip that day, in the long term those one off days make absolutely no difference and if a pattern starts to emerge then that can be played around.

  • Just ranting. Have you any idea how expensive tailored clothes are and how often nicely fitted clothes must be switched out when even doing the most basic bulk and cut phase?

Like i bought a suit in the beginning of this year, which was already hard to find as I'm no longer in avarage/popular size. With sales i managed to scrape by with just spending ~300€(tailoring would have been 1000+€)and barely fitting as long as i don't do any sudden movements. It was good for just one event, few months later. The pants were already tight enough around quads that i could see my boxer line through it and pockets were unusable.I was supposed to wear it again around Christmas time.

So basically anything in the store isn't really suitable anymore, unless i go oversized and tailoring is rather expensive for just a handful of times i can wear something well fitted.

Though you're completely right. There are many other aspects that matter much more as i did find my wife way before i started working out.

  • When things are not put back to it's assigned locations.

Every item has a place where it belongs. It has to get back to it's location. If someone else fails to do it, the i must do it. So basically someone else lazyness means i have to do more. Kneejerrk reaction is to get angry and assume they're purposefully giving me more work to do.

  • Yeah missing a day or even 2 will happen, unexpected things will happen in life. As long as it's just one off thing, i wouldn't worry about it. Only when it becomes a pattern it's worth looking into why it happens and what can be done to offset or compensate for it, if even necessary.

I wouldn't really recommend doubling the work the next day to offset one missed day, mostly because with training we're supposed to gradually push our bodies limits so it could keep up with the adaptations we're aiming for. Mostly to maintain long term consistency. Suddenly doubling the workload, puts disproportionately bigger load on recovery and can interfere with subsequent workouts.Aka, trained steadily for 10days, missed day11, did double on day12, but was still completely exhausted during day13 so either really low quality training, though sometimes even showing up is good, or completely skipped day 13, but now tried to offset another missed day by doubling workload again.

Please don't take this in a negative way, you're working out which is good. Just letting you know some pitfalls that can happen. Being aware of those can help in avoiding those.

  • Funny thing is, excess testosterone, beyond normal values, converts into estrogen and thats when the boobs start to grow.

  • The beard

  • Is the beard in this room with us?

  • Hey, I was planning to eat that. I have no religion, so whats going to stop me.

  • If you'd have discipline you'd use it to study and find a good job.

  • Yeah I've heard that strong emotions can get mixed up, but it's still unfathomable even if i know the theory behind it.

Anger and rage are strong emotions, horniness or attraction aren't, at least for me so it is hard to understand how those can be mixed up.

  • Neither, text based messages are superior, no vice messages either. Those are even worse. Though if forced then basic calls, not video.

  • shadow rule

  • How in the hell i could misread that badly.

  • Warhammer 40k universe.Yeah i know it's "cringe" or "are you 14 year old wannabe edgelord?" But i cant help it, negative emotions and a dark/miserable/cynical worldview is more relatable and undersatable. The overall miserable setting and no guarantee that the "good"(just the team you're rooting for) guys will win is a good reminder that things could be a lot worse, yes there's already enough of that misery in the world, but thats why it is more relatable and realistic.

Way too many other universes or stories want the good guys to win in the end and actually having clearly good and bad guys, while playing on postive emotions and optimism. That is kinda unrealistic and predictably boring.

  • Hate fucking is such a contradictory thing that I can't even fathom how that works.

Like i hate another individual so much, that i want to do one of the most intimate thing possible with another human while being the most vulnerable i can be? It just doesn't make any sense.
