  • Good idea, I'll try! I usually DM them a photo of their work on whatever platform they use 🙂 I buy from different artists - some sew, some knit. My wife also knits and sews sometimes, so she occasionally posts as well.

Thank you for the kind words! I agree - let's bring more niche stuff to Lemmy.

  • Source packages are a thing.

AUR is a repository for source packages (in Arch it's called PKGBUILD) from users. You can write PKGBUILD yourself or just download it from AUR if someone already made it.

  • I recently had to use Instagram and it's actually has an awful UX. Looks like peoples just too used to it.

  • I guess the author didn't find a glitch to skip the cutscene 😅

  • I saw him recently attacking the dbzero instance. Check this comment and probably this post.

  • Didn't they say it was a local model?

  • Yeah I understand that it can install a DE into the container and stream it, but I wanted to stream my existing DE with the same configuration.

  • Interesting tech! But my use case was to stream my desktop 🙂

  • I think it's 1mm or 1.2mm.

  • Same. If I'm not into something, I just scroll past it. I usually downvote if I disagree or hate it.

  • Yeah, there is some special kind of fun in small things 🙂 And yes - your understanding is correct.

  • Thank you!

  • Thanks 🙂
