  • It fails at respecting my screen's orientation lock on Android, so when in bed it kept rotating to landscape and that was extremely annoying, so had to remove it.

  • So it's only "your" community as long as it suits and benefits Reddit for which they are happy that you grow and moderate said community, but if it doesn't suit them, then it's not yours, it's "the people's", unless of course the people vote democratically to change the nature of the community, in which case it doesn't belong to them either, and so it belongs to Reddit and they can do with it what they want.

  • Absolutely. I love playing around with old gear so even today I find myself reading their reviews from 10 years ago. AI is likely to make all commercial photography obsolete very soon, but it's nice to know someone has faith in the subject, even if only for us who will still appreciate going out to find those photos.

  • Dude, you just unlocked a memory for me. I had the same experience with the first Men In Black movie. It was an unfinished cut with unrendered CGI, you just saw some untextured polygonal models in place. Now I want to find it.

Regardless, that'll be a concern once activity here has ramped up considerably, which I'm trying to kickstart haha. Anyways, thanks for commenting, there doesn't seem to be much interest as of now sadly, so maybe we'll have to wait for more people to join in.
