Hey guys, so yeah, I'm lost about what exactly happened.

I kinda lost myself with selfhosting pijarr ( package with radar, sonarr, etc. ) and qBittorrent.

This and at the same time I had a Wireguard VPN server offsite in hopes to keep me out of trouble.

I didn't really download much to be honest, specially from torrents.

But at some point I was downloading an abandoned old game from Internet Archive and the internet became insanely slow, 1mbs, behaving in weird way.

The next day, the insite internet where I am became stable (700mbs).

But the Offsite internet is still very low even though it is fiber. It is currently at 90mbs (wired). At the same time, the wireguard server just won't work.

DNS is correct, ports are open, but the internet is just slow and wireguard won't work.

I'm suspecting my ISP is doing something fishy like DPI or at least throttling.

Does this sound like the case?
