I think it was the regularity of me drinking it. 1 large, hot lipton black tea in the morning, maybe an iced black tea before lunch, one at lunch, maybe 1 after, 1 at dinner, and maybe 1 more after. I was using unsweetened tea to ween off Gatorade which helped me ween off soda at the time.
Yeah, it's bad. I was at a wedding once, and feeling under the weather. Headache and flu symptoms. My friend brought me a hot tea to help my throat, and as I drank it, I started to immediately feel better. Then I realized I hadn't had my morning tea, or my lunch iced tea, or my dinner iced tea... that's how I found out I was chemically addicted to caffeine, lol.
Oh no, it was fascinating! I loved it! I love computer science. But that professor's voice, in that room, at that time of day... it was like a sleeping pill.
Computer Science for me, which was my major. But the class was just a little too warm, had natural light drifting through stained glass, was in an echoey auditorium and at 3pm, when the sleepies hit. God help me I tried everything to stay awake except caffeine, because I was a stupid child.
Just finished the Inheritance Games by Jennifer Lynn Barnes. I was hoping for more puzzles and less teeny bopper romance, but it was still compelling. Still working on Galaxy Outlaws by J. S. Morin, and I'll probably pick up another anthology of his on sale from Audible. Currently reading The Jolliest Bunch by Danny Pellegrino. Christmas is my favorite holiday, so I like to read something Christmasy this time of year, fiction or nonfiction.
I think "what's wrong with you?" Would be a more culturally appropriate response for the ending
