I'm part of a COVID research programme for the Dutch government, and they told us they've tested old tests that expired in July 2023 and they're still fine. They're sending us new ones next month anyway though. Fyi.
That's currently the stance of Valve. Because they don't officially support third party sites and therefore all skins can only be sold for in-store credit on the SCM (which isn't the case, again, there's 3rd party markets, and that's what keeps people buying cases and making Valve money. $100 million in March this year alone.)
