I've seen this pop up on websites a lot lately. Usually it takes a few seconds to load the website but there have been occasions where it seemed to hang as it was stuck on that screen for minutes and I ended up closing my browser tab because the website just wouldn't load.
Is this a (known) issue or is it intended to be like this?
I looooved Simon The Sorcerer so much as a child! One of my favourite point and click adventures.
I find it super fun! Basically even without programming the behaviours the game is very playable but the programming aspect is a big part of the game and makes it really fun. I feel like the game has kind of gone under the radar and deserves a lot more attention.
Desynced kind of feels like Factorio but without the belts. So instead of placing belts and splitters and such you define behaviours for your units and buildings. Another plus is that it runs quite well on the Steamdeck!
Ah that clarifies a lot actually. I do miss the days where I'd go to a store and buy a physical copy of a game. Then again, they do end up taking up (physical) space of course.
Oh this sounds super interesting. Reminds me of Desynced! Added it to my wishlist.
So the game was abandoned? That's too bad! I was considering buying it once it got more features (since it was still in early access)but wasn't 100% sure yet. I ended up getting Foundry at the time but still wanted to try Techtonica at some point.
Oh so you can't buy the physical copy of game for Switch 2? That's lame.
I think this could be a really nice addition! I wonder if they'll also simulate passengers getting on/off the bus?
I was going to say exactly this. When I have to take a break from exercising and need to get back to it it's not easy, but I remind myself of all the benefits that come with exercising and how much better it made me feel and that gives me the motivation to get started again. The easiest way for me to force myself to exercise on a day I really don't feel motivated to do it (or I've been out of it for a while) is by putting on my sport outfit and readying whatever I need for my exercises, telling myself I can still change my mind and not do it whenever I want. But by the time I got changed and everything is ready I think "I might as well just do it".
And it just really takes that one time to fully remind myself of how good it feels afterwards and it gives me the motivation to keep going. Sometimes I'll end up enjoying it so much I can't wait for my next exercise session and no, it's not the actual exercising myself I enjoy, but how I feel afterwards.
Why would it make you a bad person? You might live to be 90 and you could have 40 good years with your kid. There are young parents who die young as well, so I don't see how that would be a problem.
Try to get them to switch to Signal if you can. I helped my 70+ year old mother switch with no problems because the UI is similar to WhatsApp and Telegram so it didn't take her long to get used to it.
How do you use your labels, folders and filters to organise your ProtonMail inbox/archive?
I decided to get Proton Unlimited yesterday and I've been trying to organise my emails, but I feel like I have the tendency to accidentally use folders and labels for the same thing so I end up with similarly named labels and folders (oops!), so I'm curious to see how people here organise their mailbox.
I was thinking one folder per alias/account/website, but when I try to add filters I'm reaching that filter limit where I have to wait 24 hours. I tried the sieve filters but, although I'm a decent programmer, it doesn't feel super intuitive.
In Cities: Skylines 2, how do you usually organise your districts? What makes you decide an area should be a district? Roughly how big are your districts usually?
I feel like I might be overusing the districts a bit and it's getting a bit messy.
