Anyone got advice for dealing with oxalis at the base of young lily pily hedge? People have suggested using a paint brush with poison to just contact the oxalis and other plants should be fine?

It's what I'm doing! I at least mowed first, but really need to do something about the weeds

Unsure if this going to edit my previous reply, or make a new comment. Does anyone else use connect app on Android? Whenever I try to make a new comment it 'restores from draft' and prefills the comment block with my last comment.

Figured I'd make a new comment for visibility - for anyone trying to comment/make a post from lemmy.world instance - it isn't visible to anyone on Aussie.zone for 7 days (if it even syncs at all) There was a post explaining it months ago, seems like it still isn't fixed. https://feddit.org/post/3524876

Yep I made a new account on Aussie zone to reply to this. I was previously on lemmy world and there was a post months ago saying sync between world and Aussie instance could take 7 days (if it did at all) I think seagoon misunderstood when I was trying to explain. Early days it seemed to work fine, then I noticed no one replying and realised due to the post explaining the delay. I was too lazy to make a new account and just stopped commenting!
