Every third post on Lemmy
  • Fr it really has me considering leaving. Going back to reddit? Probably not. But it really has become a problem. Feels like I'm just browsing the old ChapoTrapHouse board sometimes

  • Male vs female gaze rule
  • This but unironically

  • sisyphus rule
  • One must imagine

  • American workers are demanding almost $80,000 a year to take a new job
  • If you actually are a landowner, I would be careful saying that on lemmy. Lots of communists around these parts

  • Chicken lollipops
  • You know, people on here love saying stuff like, " I love le lemmy, everyone is so friendly and calm compared to evil reddit." but I see a lot more conversations like this than I do respectful, casual conversations.

  • shady history
  • Yeah they are, still they are the ones credited with creating aspirin, Aleve, alka-seltzer, and other commonly used medicine products

  • I'm looking for games that make me feel small and insignificant

  • Elon Musk personally turned off Starlink for Ukraine’s forces before their current offensive on a request from Russia’s defence department
  • Yeah it is ridiculously bad, reddit never got close to this level of echo chamber, it's insane

  • What are you playing this weekend? 2023-07-21
  • No game has made me cry as much as this game did. Death Stranding is in 2nd place, but its not even close

  • What have you been playing and what do you think of it? 07/16/2023
  • Not OP, but im about 3 hours in. 20$ bucks is a decent price for what I've played so far, but it also feels like there's a lot left I haven't seen.

  • I feel like Fediverse users are nicer to each other and more generous with upvotes than reddit.
  • Tbh these instances feel alot more like an echo chamber than most subreddits did

  • In-N-Out Burger bans employees from wearing masks unless they have a doctor's note
  • Yeah, I have no problem with it. My original purpose was just to point out that, while the term "leftism" used in the original comment is usually derogatory in nature, it is pretty accurate in this case.

  • In-N-Out Burger bans employees from wearing masks unless they have a doctor's note
  • Well I was just going off the original comment, but yeah, definitly at least the entirety of the comment section.

  • In-N-Out Burger bans employees from wearing masks unless they have a doctor's note
  • Well they're certainly not right leaning, how else would you describe them

  • Walgreens pharmacist cites religion in denying meds to trans man
  • The pharmacist may or may not be Christian, the articles do not specify what religion Malik Tahir, the pharmacist at this location, follows.

    Absolutely terrible practice either way
