    The Bedouin tent is more futuristic than a skyscraper.

  • Futuristic = “having or involving very modern technology or design”. To me, the traits that define “very modern tech and design” include mobility, sustainability, resilience, and harmony with nature. By that standard, consider the Bedouin tent - not futuristic in materials, perhaps, but certainly in philosophy.
