Hoping to drive more engagement here, sooooo....
  • Honestly the only two progression fantasy series that I can recommend are Cradle by Will Wight, and The Immortal Great Souls by Phil Tucker.

Warformed: Stormweaver is also great, but only the first book, Iron Prince, is out.

  • Hoping to drive more engagement here, sooooo....
  • I'm currently halfway through The Last Echo of the Lord of Bells by John Bierce, as well as procrastinating starting Waybound by Will Wight. Progression Fantasy is my thing right now.

  • Where are my fellow Cosmere travelers??
  • I'm here to fight the good fight. Huge Sanderson fan. Really wish we could get the progression fantasy subs here too, but that's a pipe dream at the moment.

  • Reliably run one-shots?
  • Most of the time its kind of hard to get through all the content in one session. Players dabble, and I often underestimate the amount of time everyone spends socializing, bonding, or even just exploring -- before progressing to the next plot point.

I need to get better at this too.

  • Rip Apollo
  • This was the line for me. Apollo had great tools and filters which made Reddit usable. Even bearable. I can't be bothered to wade through the swamp without it.

  • For everyone new to Lemmy, how are you finding the experience?
  • Very similar to how Reddit used to be. I expect higher quality content here, and so far, I've found it. Just waiting on a few niche communities to be created, but I expect they will pop up in time. Good riddance to Reddit.

And the less said about other social media sites the better.
