I'm a 6'1" (185 cm) man with stupidly small size 3 US (EU 34) feet. I've never met another adult with smaller feet than me.
  • Not as many issues as you might think. Of course, I have a smaller foot surface area to work with so not as steady on my toes but I have strong foot and calf muscles to compensate I think and keep me relatively stable. I can run fine but kid's shoes are not designed for a 6'1" 170 lb man to be running in them so I go through shoes like crazy. Mostly it's just social issues - my feet and hands are quite noticeably small so I get comments from strangers a lot. But I just try to laugh it off and be good humored about it.

  • Have to just buy kid's sizes. Women's and men's shoes are too big for me. Mostly buy online...I can tell you from experience it can get weird buying in store. Converse and Vans are great as they make age appropriate shoes in my size. Dress shoes harder to find in a non-clunky style. Work boots are non-existent.

As a baby I was born with a pituitary issue which meant my hands and feet were abnormally small. They never grew that large at all. I can run and walk fine and they're not deformed or anything, just tiny. I might have some hilarious world record for smallest hands and feet on a fully grown adult! Luckily my condition hasn't affected any other part of my body.

I have weirdly small (size 3) feet for my height (6'1")
  • Thanks! This is a shot just on a ferry - this guy was shorter than me I think maybe size 11 feet?

And my feet from the side in size 9 shoes

Compared to a random print in the snow...

    And my foot measured...

  • No not significantly. Obviously I've always secretly wondered this as well. I could not imagine walking around in size 7s...let alone size 10s or size 13s! That just seems like so much foot to me. I feel like I'd be stubbing my toes all over the place and they'd be so heavy as well. Saying this, I know that no one could possibly understand this as I'm the odd one out here...but yeah, to me everyone has absolutely (too?) massive feet.

Due to a pituitary issue when I was younger I have maybe a bizarre world record of the smallest feet and hands on a fully grown man. My feet and hands are normal looking but very small. They were tiny as a baby and just never grew that big. Thought you all would find it interesting - I know it makes for good chat at parties!
