Thanks for posting this, peri is still kinda hidden although it's an expected part of women's lives. This is one of many reasons I'm dreading menopause. I already have depression and anxiety why would I want more? I've not heard good things about doctors with menopause either although luckily I'm in a good one.

With everything that's going on in your body right now it's no surprise you feel flat. Your hormones are being whacked all over the place, your body is changing and then you've got the psychological effect of going through peri. No wonder you feel flat, and back in bad habits.

I religiously stick to Freya bras cos a 30E always fits me. I also stick to the same 4 clothing stores cos it's infuriating having to buy 300 items to send 299 back! It's also depressing AF.
