I'm actually optimistic on this one. It took them over a decade to get the right script to bring the actors back. I think there is hyper awareness to not screw this up so I imagine it's at least ok. Look at the reboot of Ghostbusters (afterlife I think). That was a nice blend of nostalgia to keep us older heads happy and fun enough to engage the younger population. I am hopeful for the same with Beetlejuice.
In theory you are right, but in practice it's damn near impossible to do this while fighting a world power. Only hope is support from allies.

The answer is: it depends. Before purchasing a hot tub take a water sample from the faucet you'll use to fill it. Take it to a pool/spa store and ask them what type of chemicals and maintenance you'll need to do. If your pH is aligned then you'll be in good shape. If it's not you will be fighting it forever.
All valid points, but don't forget the Republican party has been working for over a decade through gerrymandering to ensure they won't lose an election. They are close to their goal. If ranked choice were national and popular vote had any weight then gerrymandering would be less effective. Until then it's close to a gamed election system.
