Miyoko‘s is great. You‘re right it‘s very expensive, but not hard to find for me.
I always used Follow Your Heart. Moving away from processed foods atm though. It's down to personal taste in the end.
This truly is the BEST Vegan Mac and Cheese and it's easy to make! Irresistibly cheesy and creamy without a hint of dairy. Stovetop or baked.
