The compact view got an update that went in yesterday with the intro of large cards. Hopefully you're enjoying it.

There was a fix last night at 11pm (pacific). So, if you login after that time, it should be improved.

Above I mentioned how this is a setting and is off by default. And that's by design, as "invasive" features should always be opt-in 🙂
