That said, people do weird shit while waiting around for something like a liver, and a lot of those folks get urine and blood tests for alcohol to remain on the list.

Many states in the US have similar regulations. For example, California’s regulations are famously similar to GDPR.

People should bombard them with DSAR requests.

As an app / web developer I can think of several dozen reasons for why a specific page might not be performant on a particular device. Could be something as simple as a CDN having regional issues.

Have you tried loading on another network - maybe cellular vs WiFi? Tried loading in a different browser or client?

Works fine for me. Running Voyager from the App Store with the extra native toys, and the direct installed PLA. No problems.
