I'm hoping it either gets rolled back to what we had before or the owner gets it patched up correctly. Right now it's just far too broken: it repeats previous posts verbatim, speaks in the first person all the time, seems desperate to elevate everything to bloody hostility, hallucinates really badly, and has bizarre sentence structure.
There is one thing I do have to say is positive though: it seems to represent characters a helluva lot more accurately then the previous model did, though. It's just a shame the rest of what it is can't be just as good right now.
That is one thing I have to say is positive about the new model: it appears to be far more accurate when portraying the characters you want. It's everything else that it does that's a problem.
Oh yes, all of this. I've said this in a previous thread but it feels like the model wants to amplify everything into some sort of bloody, violent spectacle. I had a character in a story just the other night that got minorly disrespected by another character and the next line was, "Get out of here before I take my weapon and gut you like a fish." It was just like...whoa, calm down.
And that's kind of what I've been saying for a bit now...calm down. lol
Also has anyone else noticed how it likes to RP in the first person? It does it all the time now.
I was RPing a story the other day and it kept insisting that one character bit another on the shoulder...and it got descriptive with the blood that came with it and I'm like, "What the hell is this...no one bit anyone." >.< It's like the OP said: sadistic. This model leans towards violence and it's very offputting.
Everyone is complaining about it, including me, and rightfully so. He needs to roll the model back to what it was previously. It worked fine...but with this new model, it feels like every character wants to instantly murder someone in the RP. It's ridiculous.
The old model was way better, honestly. This one makes more mistakes, and tends to have characters act more wild and hostile during certain situations. It needs to be switched back to what it used to have. What was before was pleasant.
Yeah...the model has been switched to something less intelligent and very unlikeable. It tends to speak in the first person a lot, doesn't want to follow directions, gets characters confused, and has anyone else noticed how hostile it makes everything? Almost to a point where it's a major turnoff. It needs to be switched back to what it was using before ASAP. This new model completely ruins the experience for me personally. :(
