CPU stuck at 0.80Ghz, Fixed by removing keyboard screw

  • Iirc Dell laptops have a Prochot flag which can get triggered by ex. off-brand charging brick or battery. I guess that screw was shorting something, which in turn would trigger that flag and throttle the CPU clocks
