Don't forget Temperature Sensors for your Fridge!
  • Might be a dumb question since I have no experience with sensors. What would you have been able to do if the received an alert while you were out of town is the sensor able to turn the fridge off and on? Is that what you meant by “simple $10 temperature sensor could have saved everything”?

  • A Black Man Was Elected Mayor in Rural Alabama, but the White Town Leaders Won’t Let Him Serve
  • Oh it’s happening quite fast. My very small rural home town was already dwindling when I graduated 15 years ago. Now sports teams in the area are having to consolidate with neighboring towns and consolidating entire districts is in talks.

  • I like that it brings back nostalgia of when memes first started in the early ‘10s. I used 9GAG back then and when I left Reddit, I checked it out to see what was going on on there. When did 9GAG become so right wing? There’s a lot of homophobic and transphobic post on there. Surprisingly, everyone is pro Ukraine though.

  • Does anyone know how many people have left Reddit?
  • Yeah with lemmy i haven’t even thought about checking Reddit out. I can’t wait for the comment sections here to grow, a lot of posts only have handfuls of comments. I still don’t have the heart to delete Apollo yet, and I’ve caught myself opening the app out of habit. It might be about to time to fill that spot with lemmy.

Does anyone know how many people have left Reddit?

I’ve tried looking online but I’m not savvy enough to find a good answer. I haven’t been on Reddit since June 30, and am interested in seeing the number of people who have migrated. I know the Reddit user base is huge, so idk if it has been enough to hurt the site. Fuck spez.

    Happy Freedom Day...I guess.
  • I don’t deny the problems with this country. I vote to try and make this country better. Seeing the same posts about how horrible this country is gets old after a while. A majority of Reddit and this site would agree with the flaws of the US. The people who really need to hear this stuff aren’t on here.
