Normally if someone shares elevated anxiety/depression I will suggest increasing physical fitness, but I know you have that area covered. Another contributor to anxiety can be haphazard routine, so becoming a bit more consistent with daily/weekly schedules can help calm the mind. That is all I have for practical immediate solutions.
