For me personally, I like having my taskbar at the top of the screen. MS removed the ability to change the position of the taskbar in W11. It does a lot more than that, potentially giving you an almost XP like experience if that's what you want.
ExplorerPatcher wouldn't be necessary if they actually stopped removing basic features from Explorer that have existed for over a decade

It's not that we can't remove the salt, it's that electrolysis to remove salt from the water is very expensive from an energy perspective, which makes it expensive from an economic perspective too. A massive spike in the price of water would cause a widespread crisis impacting every corner of the economy.
Also, building out the infrastructure required to do electrolysis on that scale would take a lot of time and resources on its own.
I think you'd end up freezing the unit, but I don't know enough about it to back up my gut feeling.

The software that implements multi agents called ChatDev, it's significant more capable than one agent working alone. The ability to critique and fix bugs in the code in an iterative process gives a massive step up to the ability of the AI to program.
Granted it might still get in a loop between the programing and testing departments, but it's a solid step in the right direction.
