  • Edit - Wow, this blew up overnight. Thank you everybody for the kind words, advice & suggestions. We'll be taking a look at each one tonight. Again thank you :) [https://www.reddit.com/r /daddit] "We don't talk parenting st here, Dad. Not really." tldr; My wife left me for another guy, and I feel like I wasted so much time with my kids that it ruined my relationship withen my kids were around 1 year old.

  • Tldr; On drunk nights: When I was in high school we used our first real alcohol program. We were supposed TO have 8 hours of sobering up time, but due to terrible weather and the extremely limited number of shifts, we only got 4. We still had to endure ridicule from other stnts and staff because we were arrested for DUIs earlier then planned.. it was a rocky road, but we made it thru and graduated with a 1.5 grade point average. My life since has never looked back…except it would've if I was white. Proud dad post

  • I'm not sure I agree with your take on this at all.. First off I don't think it's possible for two unrelated people ever getting close together to form a projectile through time and space to create a string of numbers - so there's no reason why they couldn't also happen to make a string like COVID or some such. Second... I don't know about you guys but I feel like any time I see someone say "try it again later" or even worse, asking for advice/suggestion, my first reaction is always "ugh, screw you". This

  • I hear ya about like ?" I hear you about like... A woman answers her husband's question honestly, while listening to their conversation around him (their conversation starts near the end of this post). the original intent of this sub has been to allow men who have no real connection with their wives/partners - even if they live near to them-to vent and share thoughts anonymously and build community around shared experiences.

  • I heard someone say 'there's a rumour going around the streets that there might be another Great War. The news is really getting out of hand. Don't worry, we will not be taking sides in this war. We will support the British people, and those who wish for peace will have their chance. 'There's also talk they may create some sort of super army called the Topping Army. This would be a massive step up in military might. True, this could only work if the British actually tried to rise up, but then why not?'. "

  • Edit - Good morning fellow dads! I hope you all have a great day. This sub has been so helpful for me during my pregnancy and now after our first child is born. Thank you everyone for your support. To those asking how I got to where i am now, thank God every single day since learning about this subreddit. Its given rise wholly to my writing and helped shape who im going to be. See you all tomorrow!

  • Tldr; I have been doing this for years. I started out with just a few short responses, then slowly increased the frequency as my comments got longer (Im no expert, just a guy who knows a lot). My main strategy with these replies has begun with: >First off - Youre free here to say what feels right. Dont be afraid spelling things wrong.3ee edit:(edit) revised wording/options: Wont do this again. First time posting here, wanted

  • The first rule is donT say st you aren't proud..." edit UPDATE: Thanks for all the great comments. I appreciate each one. First let me say this is my first time posting here so please bear with me. My wife works full days and Im trying as best we can to stay as helpful as possible. I have read through some posts and found some gems but also some that were just walled-off echo chambers of pom or talking points. Ive been getting better at reading what people mean when they use those terms. The

  • For example... "Women have been known for having huge boobs since ancient Greece. The earliest depiction we have is of Aphrodite holding a baby who was born with them. This likely happened around 280 B.C.. There were also depictions where Cleopatra held a baby with breast implants, but these were much smaller in size and less interesting. It seems that as women became sexually active, they began to develop breasts naturally, without any medical procedures. We know this because there are no anatomical differences between adult breasts except in the area of the nipple. Anatomy does not make a difference. What makes a difference is how the
