This rules out what I was going to use, Yunohost. While I have the USB, I don’t have the router (it's full), switch, or Ethernet Cable and Abuelo doesn’t want to buy one nor does he want me to buy one.
He thinks it’d be less time consuming if I found a way to self-host without that stuff, just through Wi-Fi, and I don’t know how to program.

I have a USB stick with 32GB. However, I cannot hook an ethernet cable to the computer and router because all the router’s plugs are being used.
I'm gonna ask my Abuelo for a USB so I can run Etcher and Yunohost for my instance. I want to choose the name craigsworld.net (like how lemmy.world's creator chose lemmy.world). How does the site naming through Yunohost work? How much does it cost?
I plan to have people type an application to register but will deny creeps and obviously bots. What would be the best questions to ask/way to tell that someone is a creep with ill intentions?
I have some ideas, but I’m looking for more, actual ideas from the Lemmy community. Ex: (if I make it a 13+ instance) What age range do you plan on interacting with? What do you plan on talking about with these people? What do you plan to do here?
