Mapo Tofu Sichuan style
  • My all time favorite Chinese dish! Yours looks incredible.

    I like to throw in some TVP (or impossible meat if I’m feeling indulgent) to make it more authentic. Occasionally, I’ll commit the sin of adding frozen diced carrots/peas when sliding in the tofu to make it heartier.
