Opera 'Tab Islands' feature - is there Firefox equivalent?
  • I'd also like to ask if there's something like Vivaldi's two level tab stacking.

  • Import plenary .opml to other apps

Hello, I want to import my plenary .opml file to Read You but it doesn't do anything. The same thing happens to other apps. I exported a test .opml file from Pluma and it did work though.

I can convert the file from Plenary manually according to the one from Pluma but it'll take some time. Is there any other way?

  • Favourite Launchers
  • Found it a couple of days ago, it's gorgeous indeed.
But I switched back to Niagara because the animations felt a bit luggy, especially when the keyboard was showing up. Can't wait to try it again in the future.

  • What's your go-to Android Browser and why?
  • I mean whole tabs, pc-like

  • What's your go-to Android Browser and why?
  • I'm using Firefox Beta, it's always my default with Ublock Origin. I used to have Firefox Nightly for the pull down to refresh option but it was buggy when scrolling up.
I also tried Vivaldi and Samsung Browser with bottom tab bar, I feel way more productive there, wish firefox had this option too.

  • Collapsing comments is really smooth and the tap anywhere to collapse is something I didn't knew I needed. Good job, thank you!

  • What password manager do you recommend?
  • Not in the free version unless I'm mistaken

  • What password manager do you recommend?
  • No I don't think it is. I was super happy too but I decided to give Bitwarden a fair try and it's really good too. I only miss the 2FA codes that 1Password filled automatically but I'm using Aegis now since I had some worries about having one app with both the passwords and 2fa codes.

  • What password manager do you recommend?
  • Last year I tried (and paid) 1Password.
For the past 6 months I'm using Bitwarden and it's really good. I find 1Password's UI better but if we consider the cost it's better to stay with Bitwarden.

  • kbin should correct its "+18" label to be "18+"
  • If I'm not mistaken it is planned to be changed.
I saw that change on the weblate page for kbin's translations.

  • New to kbin, have a couple of questions.
  • You can install kbin enhancement script on your web browser for no. 1 and 2.
Firstly install one of Tampermonkey, Violentmonkey, Greasemonkey on your web browser and then install the script.

  • Android Community, Share Your Favorite Icon Pack! 🤖🎨
  • I was using Fluent Icon Pack but it doesn't seem to have been updated in a long time.
The past two years I'm using stock OneUI icons and launcher and occasionally change it to Niagara Launcher.

  • Kbin dark mode?
  • On the sidebar there's a settings icon and you can select from 5 different themes

  • r/Android is now on the Fediverse!
  • I faced the same issue with other new communities as well and I think it's because of the new lemmy version 0.18? and it'll be fixed

  • I refined FixedFun's mascot design for Kbin. Thoughts? Feedback? (More pics/alts in post!)
  • Good work mate, personally I'd like it more with black eye though.

  • Google execs admit users are 'not quite happy' with search experience after Reddit blackouts
  • That was probably the only good thing reddid offered, google searches.
Whenever I had a tech related issue I added reddit at the end and I knew I'll find the solution instead of going through MS and other official sites who for some reason had the thread as solved but no solution to be found.

  • what is the best way to stream shows on mobile? (solved)
  • I didn't face any issues with stremio on my android. It's not perfect but I had the same experience with the Windows and Android tv app.
