Why didn’t the Soviets have better sleep plans?

A few quick thoughts, as a general rule, I highly recommend that if anyone feels this kind of phenomenon in their own sleep, they don't do it again. It just isn’t fun, I do it all the time.

That was the department of LAUSD, and I am a Los Angeles public school teacher. It’s the second time we had an official response like this. The school’s website states “the school apologizes for its comment. The school has already implemented a policy of removing comments that are offensive or derogatory. It's a public safety/justice issue. I understand how white students are targeted. I'm glad there are police forces that do better with limited resources, especially in cases where they're underfunded, so I'd guess you'd see less police forces being deployed to schools in general. The schools would need better equipment and funding. White students would also have to deal with increased racial tensions. If the school police were to become disproportionately white (as in 99% of all the students are white and about 90% of the school districts are predominantly white) that would increase racial tensions in the school, and the district would have to deal with increased pressure to improve school facilities, which would lead to increased budget deficits. I guess that's why schools have to have different school policies so that there is at least one school where every white student is guaranteed to get a great education.
