Because the case to convict Luigi, and the case to convict Charlie Kirk's murderer are getting stronger. Lemmy wanted both to be free, and thought/hoped that there was going to be a huge part of the population that was gonna rise up against the rich. lol

Hollywood movie and TV star Daveigh Chase has died at the age of 35.

She passed away on Tuesday after developing sepsis from meningitis and an infection in her blood, her boyfriend Roy Hernandez shared with TMZ.

The actress was admitted to a hospital in Los Angeles in early June because of malnutrition, the site also claimed.

The Las Vegas native is best known for playing Samara Morgan in the hit 2002 film The Ring alongside Naomi Watts and Amber Tamblyn.

She also voiced Lilo in the hit 2002 Disney film Lilo & Stitch and the follow-up TV show.

Now looks like he's gonna admit to doing it and saying he was 'extremely emotionally disturbed' at time of alleged killing.

Guys, he's going to prison for the rest of his life. And it didn't change the insurance industry at all. It didn't start a wave of mass rich people killings (like you all wanted), and it didn't start a whole new 'eat the rich' movement.

From the article: Luigi Mangione's lawyers have unveiled a new strategy ahead of his murder trial, announcing that they plan to change his plea to deploy a psychiatric defense, arguing that he was 'extremely emotionally disturbed' at the time of the alleged killing.

Mangione's representation presented the defense at a pretrial hearing on Wednesday, according to presiding judge Gregory Carro.

In response, Carro has ordered the defense to produce Mangione's psychiatric records immediately and unseal records from a secret hearing two weeks ago.

In order for his attorneys to deploy a psychiatric defense, they typically must formally withdraw a prior plea. Mangione had previously pleaded not guilty to the charges against him.

Mangione has been charged in state and federal court in connection with the death of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, 50, in December 2024.

His state murder trial is set to begin on September 8. If the defense succeeds in convincing a jury that Mangione had been suffering from a psychiatric condition at the time of the alleged killing, he could receive less prison time.

Mangione's defense team requested a secret hearing two weeks ago to present the strategy. Carro has now said he will unseal records related to the hearing to avoid blindsiding the prosecution.

Karen Friedman Agnifilo, Mangione's lawyer, has advocated against unsealing the transcript from the hearing, arguing that it could harm his federal case.

But back to you: So I want you to think about how quick the last 10 years have been. Now in that same amount of time, you are gonna be 50. And 50 ain't old, but those are the guys you called out in your original comment.
