it's a straight downgrade for me, so no way I'd replace it as my daily driver.

I could consider one if the prices go down like below 600$ range, switch up my media center with it maybe. Impossible with the current prices though.

I have waited quite a lot to get GTA 5 on a sale, and eventually got it for free (Epic giveaway).

I could wait the same time for a %75 sale.

As a big fan of Splitgate AR and Titanfall, I have my fair share of dissapointment. The game overlay gives the vibes of a Splitgate AR reskin instead of a seperate game with its own identity, but the gameplay itself is different enough for sure. But stuff like the chat bug that disables team/all chats on Splitgate, or weapon progression being a 1-1 copy of Splitgate makes me think it should've been cooked a bit more before releasing as a demo.

A lambo compared to a shitbox is an acceptable difference for wealth. 100 Airbus A320's combined together for a single person to travel is not an acceptable difference to either side, which would be a roughly equivelant comparison of a a billionaire, a millionaire and your average person.

Dropping all of that budget to art universities to have them teach Adobe software primarily. Inkscape, Kdenlive and GIMP do not have the funds to compete in this way, and once people learn a software to do their job, it becomes really hard to switch. Sure, enthausists can learn other open software, that's not my target audience. My target audience is the one that uses such software to earn their money, and most of them will pursue higher education before doing so to learn their tools better, and Adobe will make that money back really easily with their subscription plans.

Just having it toggle with a prefix like how COSMIC launcher does would be the best option imo.

What I hate the most on them is that these bastards will fly really close to your ear right before sleeping. Light up the room to kill it? It is gone. Close the lights and head back to sleep? It is back, flying right next to your ear.

The article calling their moderation hands-off stuck out to me because you can't really call Steam's approach hands off by any means, they've banned some Japanese VNs before and most VN discovery guides will encourage you to use other marketplaces to avoid possible censorship, because it happens.

Splitgate AR. The game experience is unmatched compared to any FPS I've ever played. Sure, the gunplay feels close to Halo, but you need to be very aware of portals you can use, and possible enemy flanks. Races can teach even beginners how to use portal play to move all around the map really fast

I sort of get why most people couldn't get used to it. When players are zooping around everywhere and you play like a sitting duck especially when you first step into the game, it probably feels like a tryhard game, and it's really difficult to step into that kind of game given the current era of fps games with skill based matchmaking all around. But once you learn playing around portals, there's no other fps that become as intense as it.
