SteamOS 3.6.6 Preview for Steam Deck has fixes for ELDEN RING, system memory leak and more
  • I wonder if theres a more explicit way to force the firmware update, like a usb stick with the update file? For me I just updated my deck via settings while plugged into the dock and it prompted about a firmware update being available. I've only had this prompt once though

  • New to manga. I've finished Death Note, Berserk, Assassination Classroom, and Attack on Titan. What should I read next?
  • My anime list has a great ranking list https://myanimelist.net/topmanga.php?type=manga

If you're into strong male characters my recommendations are (in no order):

    • Vagabond
    • Jojo's bizarre adventure
    • Holyland
    • Shamo
    • Kingdom
    • Hunter x Hunter (kid main characters but things get heavier themed abruptly. Heavy on intellectual technical fights)
    • The breaker (good for a long time, but then falls off when wrapping up)
    • Kengan Ashura (over the top martial arts with beefy likeable characters)
    • Baki (the king of martial art manga)
  • Best Soulslike game for beginners?
  • You could try dark souls 3 for the closest to eldenring experience while being 60fps. Then go onto eldenring or dark souls remastered. Dark souls 2 is a black sheep that plays and feels different to the rest and has all around wild design choices.

  • XFX 7900xtx power cable question

Hello gamers, this bad boy arrived today and it's the first time I've encountered 3 PCIe power slots. I'm familiar with using 1 cable and using the daisy chained 8 pin to handle the 2 slots. Since my Gigabyte 80+ G 1000W came with 3 of these PCIe cables I'm assuming this setup is correct? I'm probably needlessly worrying that I'll brick this.

To be exact, each cable is an 2+6 pin into the PSU while the opposite end is 2 (daisy chained) 2+6 pins. My worry is rooted in not being familiar with the daisy chained bits importance.
