  • It's bits of Ernest Hemingway's novel The Sun Also Rises but with Winnie the Pooh characters. I believe both are public domain now.

  • At least I have chicken

  • There was a house fire, so they were checking the mail sometime after it happened. Their dog had been missing since the fire. They discovered the skull of the dog on display, and were distraught. Neighbor came out and shot Joss in the head. Police said they don't suspect a hate crime.

    America is fucked up.

  • He saw beans, lots of beans, lots of beans, oh beans, lots of beans, lots of beans, yeah yeah

  • Never going back. Wrong way on a one-way track. Seems like I should be getting somewhere... Somehow I'm neither here nor there.

  • The second Mistborn series by Brandon Sanderson gets close. It's a setting where magic meets wild west tech, including guns, cars, and electricity.

I've heard that his next trilogy in the setting will have more of an 1980s tech level.

A couple of Sanderson's short stories touch on space ships, computers, and magic.

EDIT: I didn't answer the question. Yes, I think it can work. I'm also a huge fan of Brian McClellan's Powder Mage books. This mixes musket level tech and industrialization with magic.

  • Yippee ki-yay, Mr. Falcon

  • 2023 Blizzard copyright? I bet it's promoting Diablo 4.

  • Yes. The unsalted version of that brand has silver packaging

  • That was truly a banger, really infectious!

  • I'm lovin' every minute of it in this almost paradise. Now turn me loose!

  • With a bigger wall. We'll get the Mexican raccoons to pay for and build it.

  • The swastika for the lever slot is a great touch

  • I thought quicksilver was mercury.

  • I bet the crowds here are larger than the crowd Trump had at either of his inaugurations.

  • Is that crowd larger than the crowd Trump had at his first inauguration?

  • Look into Proton GE. It's a custom Proton version, and a new version dropped yesterday with some fixes for Monster Hunter Wilds.

EDIT: I don't play, but hopefully this will lead you in the right direction.

  • I use my numpad to move and resize windows. A lot of Openbox setups I used utilized the feature, and I try to replicate it on whatever DE or WM I use.
