Well if they didn't want to be made fun of, maybe they shouldn't have been such babies?
For big tough space dudes they sure scream a lot in the books. So dramatic!
Haha that's another good one. PC computer.
Thanks, I am really happy with how it is going so far.
Also, I'm dumb, immediately after posting this I realised my mistake on the title. Work in progress progress. I'm tired! Next thing I will be saying ATM machine.

What do you think his lore for turning to chaos should be?
That's really well done! So vibrant!
Thanks! Hopefully I don't mess it up haha
Funny! I read it as a Pokemon X Aztec reference with Rayquaza and Quetzalcoatl combined. Either way, it is a cool name.
Haha okay, I was starting to get worried that I would need to strip it and restart.
Thanks mate! Will do! I couldn't stop thinking about painting while at work today, this project has made me really keen to paint.

True, plus it is a lot easier to get to from Aus.
Thanks! And I know, but it was just a little bit of fun, the little hobbit hole was a decoration inside one of the houses.
It was 100% worth it. The pic was just an extra. Being a huge LoTR fan made the trip to Hobbiton our top priority on this holiday.

> My first ever Black Templar is done! It was a lot of fun to paint. I wanted to do a kind of old, weather beaten look with a leather cowl and stuff as well as some extra little bits an pieces. I didn't have any transfer sheets so I just freehanded a roughed up mark on his pauldron. > > Constructive criticism would be awesome! This is my third space marine so far and I think I'm learning a lot each time.! > > > > ! > > !
Hey everyone!
I started painting Warhammer mid last year and I while I have dabbled in kitbashing before I this is my first one that uses multiple sets as well as Tamiya putty.
I got some lil fellas off FB Marketplace for really cheap so I wanted to do something interesting with them. This was them before:
I have a few questions, and thought you guys and gals might be able to help.
- Any general advice for kitbashing?
- How do you strip your old paint? It took multiple washes with simple green and scrubbing, which isn't what I have heard is the general amount needed.
- What chapter do you think would go well with this guy? I wanted to keep some of the yellow and maybe red from the original pieces.
Also, if you want to check out some of my other stuff and give advice for a newcomer to the hobby that would be awesome! https://www.instagram.com/andrewsometimespaints?igsh=cmw4MWFwend2NzBx
