Time....that I have to dedicate to stroking to imaginary sky god's ego. I literally just set up Project64 and SNES9X yesterday lol. Nice timing. I tried Higan, but couldn't get it to run games and got tired of trying to fix it. 9X works well enough for me to get my nostalgia fix.
You have to simulate a metropolitan police department for a futuristic city. You have to maintain funding by making sure neighborhoods and districts are safe. There would be side missions where you take out the local gangs in that area, discover that there's a evil, crime syndicate that's manipulating crime within the city. You have to capture, interrogate, and decide to either charge someone or let them go. Your actions determine what kind of department you run. Are you corrupt? Are you by the books? Do you inspire people to do better, or do you strike fear in the citizens of your city. It'd be completely open world, you'd control your department on an overhead map, assign cops certain roles or positions at certain locations. You maintain relationships with your cops, and you have to go home daily, and hope your second in command is up to the tasks of maintaining things without you. You also have to contend with corrupt cops and corrupt politicians that provide your funding. Do you risk losing funding and your position? Or do you make your citizens proud by upholding the law?
That's easy. Real men only eat meat. If you don't, your either a female or a soyboy. That's why my diet is 80% meat and 20% cheese - my anal cavity may be more plugged up than a bear mid-hibernation, and I may die of a coronary before I'm 40 years old, but at least I can say I died a fucking man. An alpha male if you will. Now excuse me, I've got a 2lb steak and half a Gouda wheel to to eat so that I can take my 3 hour shit before going to bed. No body said that being a real manly man was easy.

Edit: This comment was talking about Nuclear Initiatives in general to the world, not specifically Australia, apologies. Once implemented and the efficiency is demonstrated, I believe that the plan is to build these around the world.

Elon could totally float the company, but it'll be a massive money pit overtime. They are shedding users (over 10% since the takeover) and ad revenue, and once there's a viable alternative, there will likely be a much larger Exodus, similar to what happened to Myspace users moving to Facebook.
