Is there anyway to make images on lemmy bigger

Hi, new to lemmy from reddit, like most of us. When I'm on a browser, the images are very small on the left side. Is there anyway to make the thumbnails bigger?

The same question, but maybe even more general: are there any beautifiers or web apps, that could help with fine-tuning the timeline? For example, like Elk for Mastodon
