I've tried force closing the app and clearing cache. No help. The problem happens on every instance.

I had this. Signing out of my account and then back in again fixed it.
For whatever reason, if I try to post an image in my post body, it gets erased when I hit submit. So here it is in a comment.
My dumb ass trying to click the "try again"...
So glad it wasn't just me 😅
I have two accounts added to the app from two different instances, I was getting this when one of them was actually forcefully logged out to prevent any damage done by the exploit found a week ago.
Solution was deleting that account and adding it back.
Mine says connection reset by peer.
