The new terminal (Beta) is now in JetBrains IDEs and will be available in the new UI starting from the 2024.1 version of the IDEs.
Seems inspired by warp, which I find quite appealing.
Weird. I just found out about the Warp Terminal today, and now this seems somewhat similar. Weird coincidence.

Qt Creator also embeds a terminal now, I immediately switch it off, but I'm probably an atypical user. I always have a separate terminal open instead, where i typically have 4 or 5 tabs open.
As someone who LOVES warp (despite not being crazy about requiring login), this is fantastic news.
I tried Warp back when it first came out, but haven’t really considered switching to it since then. What do you really love about it?
