Maybe if they had a bunch of young really good looking guys run around naked it would help?
Wasn't there an announcement recently about this festival letting women participate for the first time (albeit in non-naked roles) precisely because of population issues? Or did Japan have more than one naked man festival?
- I think in one of the many many posts about this, someone presumably from Japan said it's a different one.
