Brings out huge skillet of meat and veg, gives you one 3" tortilla.
That's how you know they aren't making the tortillas fresh and are just buying the cheapest ones at the store.
The sizzling is just a squirt of regular old tap water onto the pan right before they bring it to the table. It's the sound of wet meat.
