- Haven't watched all of it, but off the top of my head: Bryan Lunduke is long time Linux and FOSS enthusiast who is known for having yearly tongue-in-cheek "Linux sucks" speeches, which have traditionally been good fun. Lunduke has in the past few years become a polarizing figure with a lot of reactionary American politics seeping in to his Linux content. Nicco is a KDE developer and youtuber who made this video to criticize his latest content.

  If that name happens to not ring a bell, you aren't missing anything.
  
  I had no idea but spent some time googling anyways.
  The answer seems to be a conservative tech youtuber that once upon a time worked with linux tech.

  It's really unsettling. He used to be a great Linux guy but now he's just a nut.
  I unsubscribed from his YT channel and stopped following him as he gradually began to drift from being a dorky goofball to being a right-wing apologist.
  Don't listen to Bryan Lunduke. He's a middle aged edgelord that new Linux users get introduced to because of his smart-ass "Linux Sucks" series, and then as they learn more about Linux themselves they realize he's just a douche who's not worthy of their youtube views.

- I miss the era of 10 minute videos. Nowadays, everything is either 50 second long or 3 hours.
- They video is way too long and he stays too long on some topics but he's right. He doesn't deserve the downvotes
- You can't 2.25 (which makes it last about 33.5 mins) or something?
  
  I typed that comment while I was on the toilet last night 7 minutes before my bedtime. So no, I can’t simply put a video into chipmunk mode and watch for an unscheduled 30 minutes. That’s longer than the actual 25 minute show my wife and I watched in bed.
The older Lunduke gets, the more he’s convinced about being right on everything, therefore the more rubbish he has to say.

It really has the vibe of an hbomberguy video. I also feel the background is a subtle tribute to his style.

There were basically three big tech guys I remember from my younger years.
LTT, who’s not bad. Not a Linux guy, but I don’t hold that against him. Also kinda late to the party, but only cause he’s around my age.
Chris Pirillo, who kinda disappeared for a while, but now makes great YouTube content.
Then there’s Lunduke. What an asshole. I tried to watch one of his Linux Sucks videos last year and it was just boring and really dumb takes over and over. I didn’t even know he’s a right wing conspiracy theorist.

I don't understand the people who say it's long, like no it isn't, 1:15:24 is a completely reasonable (if not even a bit short) time for the topic.
- They just don't want to watch it. Length is not really an argument.
