At least the interior looks blue. Getting closer but not there yet. Might try splicing in blueberries next time

Food dye is cheating, anyone can do that.
Sorry if I missed it, saw the first post, is the goal to make it as blue as possible?
I want a deep blue without giving up on taste or texture.
I kind of want to see you try and make only one of the strands blue, and leave the other one as is. I imagine it'd make for an interesting cross section.
