If someone has read this issue (I’ve never read any comics related to Batman), what is the premise here? Someone is pretending to be a Shredder + Batman doppelgänger?
If it's the storyline I'm thinking of, Batman had his back broken by Bane, and Azrael stepped up as Batman while he was out of commission
