New setting options?

It suddenly appeared and it doesn't do anything. Does anyone else has it?

Which one is new? This all looks standard from what I can tell.
- Service and preferences. It's from the GAPS I installed but it no longer works since I uninstalled them and forgot to reboot
  
  Is that even clickable? It just looks like a heading to me where a section should be, but is no longer.
I have it but because I have microG installed
- That must be it, I installed GAPS some time ago then got angry at it and removed them but forgot to reboot
- MicroG as well but no gapps
