- I don't think the problem is simply that it's offensive. It's that it's not even funny.

- Offensive? I wouldn't call it offensive. If I would call it anything it would be not very funny, it's at the level of fart humor I would say.
- It's not offensive it's so watered down that it's something I'd expect from facebook boomers

PSA to those offended. Being fat is not okay. Big Pharma would love us all to be though so we can be riddled with disease for life. Literal cash “cows”. Trim up people so we can trim down pharmas draining of our pocketbooks.

  Yeah this doesn't work at all. Being obese is 100% on the person. Anyone who doesn't want to be obese can be with effort, but it is far easier to just be obese.

  I'd mostly agree. People can't seem to wrap their heads around the fact that being fat can increase the likelihood of all kinds of nasty things like heightened blood pressure, difficulty breathing, difficulty moving, mental health problems, and a whole lot of other things.
  It's one thing to be fat, and it's another thing to not try to change that. Good thing that facts don't care about feelings.

I'm just trying to understand what this comic is trying to say. It reads to me like "non-fat people are idiots". But I am having a hard time believing that was the author's intention.
