I never truly understood this until I moved into a bottom floor apartment. Currently listening to a kid cry upstairs, luckily I've largely gotten used to it

Im pretty sure my next door neighbor at my apartment builds furniture in their free time. I always hear something being filed and hammers banging shit. Its driving me up the wall
