Nah Baldurs Gate 3 set a new standard for an RPG. I'm sure the new Zelda was a fantastic game but I doubt a sequel for a Zelda game is gonna be as influential
TOTK feels like it has been forgotten about since launch, until the awards season started. It was a good game, but I wouldn't count it as nearly as influential as BG3 or BOTW.
