Good question. I think just this specific one ... at least hopefully that's how it works! But it's new to me so I'm not 100% sure.

Not sure if you've changed the setting, but unsurprisingly, I was able to reply as an admin :)
I'm able to reply and I'm not anything special as far as I know...
